I would like to know if there are loans that are like the Federal Stafford Loan? (NO credit check) One that also works with private schools?
No, but the Sallie Mae Tuition Answer loan (www.tuitionanswer.com) is VERY easy to get approved for on a stand-alone basis, I got my loan from them when I was 19 with no co-signer. They send the check directly to you to pay your school fees and such. They do work with Private schools, so that doesn’t matter. I would apply for that, if you get declined then seek a co-signer, or switch to a cheaper school.
my bank also allowed me a 500.00 cash advance, i did this about a year. one month i couldnt draw from accontt, thats where everthing fell apart, i had to close my account called all my payloans some well work me some wont, i cant pay all at one time can someone tell me what my rights are i signed some notes i cant full iam on ssi pleas advise. thankyou
you dont owe enough for bankruptcy…but you need to get out of this mess…ring the Consumer Credit Counselling Service (google for number)…they will give you free advice and negotiate with your creditors

yes you can…only if the loan store is putting it on your credit…basically everything you owe will be wiped out. but there is real strick guidlines now..like if you have 2 cars, they take one of them…2 houses..they take one of them..etc…

If someone could give me a RELIABLE company that issues loans longer than 60 days with no credit check I will be forever thankful…please respond back soon.
If you need 1500.00 with no credit check, I wish you luck in your search. Apart from borrowing it from a cousin, family member or on of those next payday loans, this will be a difficult task. Also the "next payday loans" let you borrow based on what your take home pay is. I should also let you know that you have to have a checking account with direct deposit and your account can’t have a lot of overdrafts.

you are setting yourself up for financial disaster if you do one of these loans. Expand your question. Why do you need cash real fast? If you expand on why you need it I bet we could come up with a better solution. Payday loans are the edge of a slippery slope. A step you do NOT want to take.
The thing is with payday loans is you do not have the money to pay what you have to pay for. You won’t be any more better off on payday and then you’ll get another payday loan to pay that off. This cycle will continue and continue until you have a LARGE loan you owe on something that didn’t need alot of money to pay off. Now do you see the slippery slope? You’ll basically keep borrowing money over and over to pay one payday loan after the other. I know of very few people who don’t get caught in that tangled web.
These people prey upon lower income people. You don’t see these types of businesses in the upscale part of town, do you?

You might try a "payday loan." They do not do a credit check, but they have very high rates on the loan. Also, I do not know for sure if they will loan you $2,000 the first time you borrow from them. Usually, for a first time borrower, the highest amount is $1,500.

Are payday loans really a bad idea?

I’ve read a lot of negative information on payday loans, but I’m wondering if they are really all that bad. I’d be able to pay it back my next paycheck. Any advice?
As long as you can afford to pay the loan back with your next paycheck, payday loans can be a blessing in disguise. I’m sure the negative things you’ve read come from people that have to extend their loan. This causes interest to build up rapidly. If anyone offers to loan you money without a credit check, run away. They’ll nail you with the interest.
